We only access the minimum amount of medical information necessary from other healthcare providers.

- Communicate about products, services and promotions. We may send you newsletters, emails, or other marketing messages using Contact/Identifying Information and Preference Information, based on your selected preferences. You can opt out anytime. 

- Analyze use of Website, Apps, and Services. We use Website Usage Information, Device Information, and Preference Information to help analyze trends and usage of our digital platforms. This allows us to improve the user experience and develop new offerings.

- Protect patient safety. We may use Health Information and Contact/Identifying Information to protect patient health and safety and to address product issues or concerns raised by patients, healthcare providers, or regulatory bodies.

- PBMs and Health Plans: We share Health Information, Contact/Identifying Information, and Insurance Information with Pharmacy Benefit Managers and health insurance providers for coordination of benefits and payment. 

- Government Agencies and Law Enforcement: We may share personal information with government agencies or law enforcement to the extent we reasonably believe is required by law. This includes responding to court orders, warrants, or subpoenas to prevent harm or financial loss; report criminal activity or threats to public safety; or investigate and prosecute fraud.

All personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our systems are monitored and routinely tested for proper security controls. Access to personal data is restricted to employees who need it to perform services, and all employees are bound to strict contractual confidentiality obligations.

Information about Children

The pharmacy services, Website, Apps, and digital offerings provided by Pharmaprodia are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally gather personal data from children under 18.
